20 OCTOBER 2021 - UPDATE

Our printer has advised that they will now be able to prepare our printing contactlessly, which means orders can start being processed again - yay!

We have been advised by the couriers that they are currently experiencing delays of around 5 business days, so please err on the side of caution when selecting your delivery time frame option.  Unfortunately this means that we will be unable to reinstate the urgent shipping option at the moment, but will be updating that as soon as we can.  Contactless collection from St Johns, Auckland is available.

THE TIME-FRAMES BELOW WILL BE REINSTATED ONCE

Please see below for the current time frames available for orders, which can be selected when checking-out through the website.  It's important that the correct shipping option is selected, as orders are prioritised based on this selection.  If a collection option is selected, the order can be picked up contactlessly (with a QR code available), and details will be emailed once these orders are ready for collection. 

 

  • Tracked Parcel Post - receive order within 20-22 business days of payment received

  • Courier - receive order within 15-17 business days of payment received

  • URGENT Courier - receive order within 11-13 business days of payment received

  • Collection - from St Johns Park, Auckland - within 14 business days of payment received

  • Fast Collection - from St Johns Park, Auckland - within 10 business days of payment received

  • URGENT Collection - from St Johns Park, Auckland - within 6 business days of payment received

 

If you are needing your order more urgently than the available options shown, please feel free to get in touch via email: info@downmemorylane.co.nz to see if this will be possible (urgent order fees will apply).  

Finer Details

Once you have added your items to the cart and are ready to proceed with your order, you will be able to select your preferred shipping option and time frame (as above).  Please note that the day your payment is received is counted as Day 0.  For custom orders requiring confirmation, Day 0 will be the day final confirmation or payment is received - whichever is the latter.

Your order will always be sent so that it will arrive within your chosen shipping time, according to NZ Post and Courier Post guidelines.   There may be delays with their services which are outside of my control.  Every effort will be made to ensure your parcels gets to you in time, and you are welcome to contact me at any stage for updates on your order.  Tracking numbers are also available on request.

Custom requests and/or changes to any of the designs requiring confirmation will mean that your order is unable to progress until final confirmation of the design has been received.  Final confirmation of your order (and payment) is counted as Day 0, and your order will be processed within the time frame selected for your order.

International Shipping

International Shipping is available.  Please contact me for more details. 

Shipping Damage

 

The parcels are wrapped in bubble wrap and corrugated board to keep the books free from damage in transit.  In the unlikely event your order should arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days so that we can arrange a replacement.  Any notification outside of this time may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
