SHIPPING & COLLECTIONS DUE TO COVID-19

 

14 May 2020:

I've received confirmation that my printers are back up and running, so it will be business (almost) as usual from Monday 18 May 2020.  YAY!!! 

 

I've updated the shipping time frames for orders, which you can select when choosing your shipping option as you check-out through the website.  The time frames reflect the delays currently being experienced by
NZ Post/Courier Post and will be updated again once the delays have been resolved.  At the moment, it appears they are currently experiencing delays of around one week. Please bear this in mind when making your order, as any delays with couriers are outside of my control.  If you're concerned about time frames, I'd recommend erring on the side of caution, and selecting one of the faster services.  If you require anything urgently, or have any queries or concerns, you're most welcome to email me on info@downmemorylane.co.nz.

Collection orders are still available contactlessly, and the address and details will be emailed through once the order is ready to collect.

Thanks so much to you all for your patience and understanding.  It means a lot that you have continued to support me through these challenging times, and I'm really glad that I'll now be able to get back into producing all of your special items.

Once you have added your items to the cart and ready to proceed with your order, you will have the following shipping options to choose from (New Zealand orders only).  Please note that the day your payment is received is counted as Day 0.  For custom orders requiring confirmation, Day 0 will be the day final confirmation or payment is received - whichever is the latter.

  • Tracked Parcel Post - receive order within 15-16 business days of payment received

  • Courier - receive order within 11-12 business days of payment received

  • URGENT Courier - receive order within 6-7 business days of payment received

  • Collection - from St Johns Park, Auckland - within 11 business days of payment received

  • Fast Collection - from St Johns Park, Auckland - within 7 business days of payment received

  • URGENT Collection - from St Johns Park, Auckland - within 4 business days of payment received

If you have an extremely urgent order which you would like sooner than mentioned above, please contact Kelley with your request too see if your order can be done in the required timeframe.  Urgent order fees will apply.

 

Collection orders will receive an email once the order is ready with the details for collection.

Shipping Times

Your order will always be sent so that it will arrive within your chosen shipping time, according to NZ Post and Courier Post guidelines.   There may be delays with their services which are outside of my control.  Every effort will be made to ensure your parcels gets to you in time, and you are welcome to contact me at any stage for updates on your order.  Tracking numbers are also available on request.

Custom requests and/or changes to any of the designs requiring confirmation, may mean that processing your order is unable to progress until final confirmation of the design has been received.  Final confirmation of your order (and payment) is counted as Day 0, and your order will be processed within the timeframe selected for your order.

International Shipping

International Shipping is available.  Please contact me for more details. 

Shipping Damage

 

The parcels are wrapped in bubble wrap and corrugated board to keep the books free from damage in transit.  In the unlikely event your order should arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days so that we can arrange a replacement.  Any notification outside of this time may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
